Lower Hall
A spacious room perfect for dance classes, fitness classes and workshops.
With AC/Heating, wheelchair access, full-length dance mirrors and ballet bars. It is connected to our kitchen and has storage options available.
Upper Hall
The upper hall has a rubberised dance floor, full-length dance mirrors and ballet bars around the room. It is perfect for dance classes, rehearsals, fitness classes, meditation, workshops and more! This hall has high ceilings, AC/Heating, fans and dimmable lighting.
Gallery/Event Space
The gallery is an open space, directly above the ground floor welcome foyer. It leads guests to the upper hall, and is perfect for meetings, workshops, book clubs and more.

Ground Floor Foyer
The Ground Floor Foyer is a versatile, open plan space where your guests can wait between classes. It is also used for monthly book-clubs and meetings. It is the first space your guests and clients will see. It has a large overhead fan, twinkle lights and First Aid supplies.
Tea Area / Kitchenette
Located in the ground floor foyer, the kitchenette is available for everyone to use. It has a sink, cups and mugs and tea facilities. It’s the perfect place to get a hot drink and refuel.
Bathrooms
The Clearview Centre has 3 bathrooms. One is an accessibility bathroom with a baby-changing station. The other two are separate men and women’s bathrooms.
Two Building Entrances
The Clearview Centre has two entrances. This upstairs entryway, to the left of the building, provides direct access to the small office, and the upper hall. The ground-floor entrance provides direct access to the lower hall, entry foyer and gallery.
On-site free parking & Public Transport
The Clearview Centre has approximately 13 parking spots at the front of the building. There is plenty of free on-street parking in the neighbourhood. We are a 15 minute walk from Morningside train station, and a 2 minute walk from the closest bus stop.
Corner Block
We are located on the corner of Kensington Avenue & Clearview Terrace. We are lucky to have an entry driveway on Clearview Terrace and an exit on Kensington Avenue, helping to manage the flow of cars in and out.
